IS THERE A TRIAL PERIOD FOR THE PROGRAM?

Yes, of course. Obviously, in one week you won’t see a progression in your work, but you will have a glimpse of all those tools you’ll gain with our programming to unlock your full potential. If you don’t connect with our program, you can cancel your subscription within the first 7 days and receive a refund.

WHAT ABOUT MY WEAKNESSES?

Our specialty is working on what holds us back. We’ll analyze what your gaps are as an athlete, and through personalized training blocks, we’ll work together to make you a well-rounded athlete. You’ll have individualized guidance from our coaches, who will help you correct any issues you might have. In our variety of blocks, you’ll find specific approaches for strength, engine (cardiovascular capacity and endurance), gymnastics, and hybrid combinations.

WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY FOLLOW-UP?

Imagine learning barbell cycling technique from Fabi Beneito, mastering gymnastic movements on the rings like Álex Anasagasti, or having a back squat like Aniol Ekai. You can choose your coaches from our team of expert trainers or learn from our elite athletes. Having the best professionals as guides on your journey is a cheat code in your training. These unique opportunities aren’t available to everyone, but here at TC, we offer you the chance to learn from the best. All our team has been trained by Coach Mike and Coach Alex, you will be in good hands no matter who you choose.

At TC, we care about the most important factor: the human factor. You won’t find just a simple chatbot, you’ll have your personal coach always available just a click away. We firmly believe that it’s essential to know and work with each athlete daily to provide fully individualized guidance and continuously improve the planning, thus ensuring the best results.

WHAT KIND OF FEEDBACK WILL MY COACH PROVIDE?

We do this through the True Coach app, where you can upload videos and images of your workouts, allowing your coach to make corrections and provide you with more precise feedback. Additionally, you’ll have direct communication with your coach to address any questions or meet your needs promptly.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED?

Our programming takes place over 6 days a week, with one day dedicated to active recovery. You can do it in a single daily session, lasting approximately 90 to 110 minutes, or split it into two shorter sessions of around 70 to 80 minutes each. Each training day will be different and varied, without following a repetitive structure. You’ll find a wide range of content, from strength-focused sessions to high-intensity ones, including days dedicated to strongman work or specific skills. You won’t have time to get bored! At the beginning of the week, you’ll always receive a clear explanation of the objectives for each session so you can train without any doubts.

DO THEY ADAPT TO MY COMPETITIONS?

With our working philosophy, you’ll always be in shape during the season, no matter when; we never stop doing WODs. Your coach will assist you in the weeks leading up to any competition, preparing the best possible tapering so you can arrive ON-POINT. They will also guide you during the competition, analyzing the possible best strategies for each WOD.

DOES THE PROGRAM ADAPT TO ME?

Our programming is tested by athletes of different levels two weeks in advance, allowing us to refine our plan and make any necessary adjustments to ensure its effectiveness. This enables us to offer you the plan that best suits your needs. We will determine the daily training volume we believe is most beneficial for you. Regardless of your level, we will ensure that progressions in gymnastics and weightlifting skills are a fundamental part of your training. Our goal is to provide you with effective and appropriate planning so that you can surpass your limits and achieve your athletic goals.
