You will enhance your body composition, learn to give your all in every training session, recover appropriately, and we will guide you through any doubts so you can learn during the process. DO YOU ADAPT TO MY OBJECTIVES?

The answer is yes. Every athlete has a very different goal, and we have the perfect plan for yours:

  • WEIGHT LOSS If your objective is to reduce body fat percentage without sacrificing performance or muscle gain, our nutrition team has the perfect plan. We will help you set achievable short-term and long-term goals. Don’t be fooled by hunger.
  • MUSCLE GAIN Struggling to gain weight and improve your RM? Learn to increase the caloric density of your meals without needing to fill them up like your grandma would. Discover tricks to provide energy to your body and enhance your records.
  • PERFORMANCE Learn what to eat before each training session. Every WOD can be the perfect opportunity to achieve your next PR. We organize your meals throughout the day, ensure optimal hydration, and teach you about supplements and ergonutritional aids that can give you a boost.

DOES IT ADAPT TO ME?

Each person is unique with different routines, schedules, rhythms, and contexts. As such, we create a unique plan tailored to you based on your characteristics. We adjust to your daily habits (whether you enjoy breakfast, have hearty dinners, or prefer multiple meals), your dietary preferences or allergies, and if you need a plan due to injury.

HOW DO YOU STRUCTURE THE NUTRITIONAL PLANS?

We don’t believe in diets; we believe in nutritional education. You’ll learn what and when to eat, but also how to do it, maintaining a healthy and lasting relationship with food. The goal is to adopt healthy and sustainable habits over time. You’ll receive a menu with different quantities and dishes, customized to your tastes and needs.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PROGRESS?

We will track your progress with regular photos and measurements. Along with your plan, you’ll receive a guide on how to take them correctly. You’ll have contact with your nutritionist through follow-up video calls.

WHERE DO I SEE MY PROGRESS?

Through the “Nutrium” app, where you can access your nutritional plan and stay in touch with your nutritionist to address any doubts at any time or schedule follow-up video calls.

Can I use this service if I follow another training program or if I don’t follow any?

Absolutely! Our nutritionist will adapt the plan to your weekly training routine. If you attend classes at the box, we can also adjust the plan to your schedule and training volume.

WHY IS IT CHEAPER FOR NON-CLIENTS?

We have the best team of nutritionists and prioritize providing specific and personalized attention to each of our athletes. This is why individualizing the treatment for athletes within our community requires not only more time but also an improvement in service quality.

DO YOU ADJUST MY PLAN DURING COMPETITION PERIODS?

By the time your competition arrives, most of the work will have already been done. Our team will help you organize yourself and put into practice everything you’ve learned. These are small percentage improvements, but knowing what to eat, in what order, and at what time can give you the edge you need to win that competition.
