At times, the goal of staying fit can clash with the appearance we desire. We often become overly focused on competitive goals that might lead us away from the physique we genuinely want to achieve. For this reason, we’re introducing this program, with the main objective of helping you achieve a fit body without neglecting the aesthetic factor.

WHAT IS Traincult PUMP?

Traincult Pump is a type of training based partly on the methodology of Cross-Training, combined with other classical training methods. It aims to increase your muscular fitness, prevent injuries, and maximize your adaptation in order to develop your full potential.

Compared to Cross-Training, we will set aside most of the weightlifting exercises and some gymnastics exercises, replacing them with others, some more analytical, that help us achieve the physique you’re looking for without having to suffer daily from high-intensity WODs or highly technical exercises.

WHO IS Traincult PUMP FOR?

TC Pump is designed for both men and women, for those who have, at some point, desired to improve their body and reach their aesthetic goals.

FULL TRAIN EVERY DAY?

We structure the training, prioritizing the work of 3 muscle groups per day. Throughout the week, we’ll have targeted the entire body, and to engage the engine, we’ll program WODs that include high resistance exercises for both muscle and aerobic endurance.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED?

TC Pump sessions can last between 45 minutes and 90 minutes. There are 6 sessions per week with one rest day. If you train 4 or 5 days, we can adapt the program to your schedule.

WHEN DOES THE BLOCK CHANGE?

Blocks usually last between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on the intrinsic needs of each block. It doesn’t matter when you start, as you’ll begin at the beginning of the current block.

CAN I TRY IT FOR A WEEK?

Yes, you can. In the “Try one week” button, you can request your trial week. Request it, try it out, and see you in 7 days!

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

You can do it with the equipment available in your Cross-Training box or a conventional gym.
